FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 8: THE ORCAS PROJECT
This is one of the most anticipated events of our season! Chef Southern will be sharing the stage for this dinner as we host a surprise guest Chef from off-island. All courses will be paired with wines from The Orcas Project, which means local sweethearts Cole and Stephanie Sisson will be there to pour juice from some of the best vintners in the state. Definitely not one to miss!

One of the best kept secrets of the food and wine industry is the incredible way in which sparkling wine pairs with food. We will be exploring this phenomenon with the help from the infamous Maison, Marques and Domaines portfolio, manager of many of the best wine houses in the world...including Louis Roederer Champagne.
