The Mansion Restaurant's popular Wine Dinner Series kicks off with our annual "Savor San Juans" Harvest Wine Dinner,
featuring the best of the island's fall ingredients alongside wines from Soter Vineyards

Tony and Michelle Soter operate Mineral Springs Ranch, a 240-acre biodynamic farm and vineyard in the heart of Oregon wine country that makes some of the most highly regarded Pinot Noir in the country. Their combination of respectful farming, ancient marine soils and temperate climate result in wines that are layered, nuanced and perfect to pair with Chef Southern's delicious fall menu.

Chef Southern prepares a menu designed stand up to wines from NW Legend Mark McNeilly. Known across the land for a take-no-prisoners approach to making big Washington wines, we will also be featuring some of his lesser known offerings, including his award winning Viognier.

This is one of the most anticipated events of our season! Chef Southern will be sharing the stage for this dinner as we host a surprise guest Chef from off-island. All courses will be paired with wines from The Orcas Project, which means local sweethearts Cole and Stephanie Sisson will be there to pour juice from some of the best vintners in the state.
